    This library has the most insane hours. Seriously BCC while all your employees are in Brisbane CBD getting coffee for themselves this library is closed until 12noon on a Thursday!! The rest of the world can manage long retail hours but your library staff can't. When will this nonsense stop. People have lives to live, study to complete and businesses to run. Come into 2016 asap. It's rather tragic that no one in this monolithic organisation can't make a necessary change.

    Really kind personel, friendly and cozy atmosphere

    The library is very small and cute however, the computers and printers are very inconvenient and difficult to use. I asked for help from staff and they were so rude and extremely unhelpful!
