  All About Fruit also has a good range of fruit and veg with a juice bar at one end. I've often enjoyed a pineapple juice or a banana smoothie there at the end of my weekly shop...

  Merthyr Village has come a long way. In recent times the underground car park was extended a bit and a lot of older shops were reshuffled to accommodate some new retailers. The type of shops can only be fairly described as "boutique" and that's probably due to space constraints. Eateries such as the Vue Cafe offer a good selection of food, drinks and DiBella coffee and the newsagents offer a full selection of newspapers, magazines, cards for all occasions and some stationary. Suncorp bank staff are friendly and helpful as are the folks at Australia Post.

  Nice local shops! Coles has great selection thr coffee shop has great coffee and brownies and the Italian deli is the best! Could spend ages there drooling over the cheese!
