    Wanted to surprise my partner by fixing her bike, I asked for a quote to have it in working order and New Farm Bikes completed the service. Three days later my partner was going to take it out for first time but the freewheel was broken. Was quoted another $50 to fix this on top of the $150 I already paid to have it fixed. Feedback was general unhelpful and the problem was put back on me "because it was a cheap bike". Lots of other bike shops around with better customer service.

    I don't agree with the other reviews re: Tina AT ALL. I have shopped at New Farm Bikes quite a few times over the years and was in there again recently to buy a new bike helmet. Tina was really helpful, polite and engaging. Won't hesitate to return.

    This is a great bike shop and bike servicing is really good..Tina is a straight forward no nonsense lady, who is knowledgeable. I purchased a wonderful gazelle bike from her and her guidance in choosing the right bike for my height and frame was invaluable..it's a small shop. In a quite street, good spot to test out potential bikes on the near by hills.

    We got a cheap bike for the xmas holidays and they gave us a few extras as well. Nice people to deal with.
