  Nestled in the heART of the Brunswick Street arts corridor is the Edwina Corlette Gallery; a contemporary art space featuring artworks from a well curated selection of artists utilising a wide range of modern art techniques. Occasionally, walking into a gallery can be a daunting experience, but not at the Edwina Corlette Gallery. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed and the staff are ready to help when you have questions. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by the friendly and knowledgable gallery assistant, Prue McCormish, who put me at ease straight away. I attended the artist talk by Amber Wallace for her "Part Time Paintings" series and found it to be very down to earth and insightful. This is one of my favourite galleries in Brisbane and I recommend you give it a go!
