  This useless store doesnt even deserve a star but that's the lowest we can give. Had a small discussion which ended up in the owner swearing at me (f*** off) countless times. Disgusted by the lack of understanding and behavior.

  Shocking customer service with a staff member texting as he short changed me! This was the 3rd time that I have been overcharged at this shop & I certainly would NOT recommend this shop or its rude management to my worst enemy.

  Dodgy Landlord and shop staff in consort with Dodgy Car tow people called Brissy Towing and they wait for people to step one foot of the car park and you car is gone within minutes - cost me $550 to get it back.

  I dislike this complex altogether. Parked my car there and went next door for 10 mins and got my car towed. $450 to retrieve my car bloody hell

  went to pick up a parcel. The (presumably owner/manager) in a suit said he looked everywhere but it was not there. The store had signs that it was temporarily closed. I then asked "where would the parcel be then if it is not here as my delivery card says today's date?!" He just said "I don't know." He then locked himself out of the Night Owl leaving his keys inside. I was about to offer him the use of my phone to call someone to help him - even though he did not help me at all. He then proceeded to be sarcastic and rude to my face and swore at me. What a hurtful and horrible experience. Customer service at its very worse. Serves you right for locking yourself out of your own shop.
